Equal Partnership
The Spouse is treated as an equal partner, not an afterthought. Both partners deserve equal investment as co-owners of the Family's future.
Warrior Family Foundation
The Warrior Family Foundation strengthens the Families behind America's elite warriors through the most important mission of their lives: the transition home.
The first three years following military service are among the most difficult a Warrior Family will ever face. Identity shifts. Purpose is lost. Relationships strain. Community disappears.
This is not a failure of resilience. It is a lack of preparation, support, and shared guidance for the next phase of life.
The strongest foundation an Operator can stand with is a thriving Family.
When the home life is in turmoil, nothing else matters. When the Family thrives, everything else becomes possible.
The light that quietly guides Families home.
Supporting Spouses and Families through behavioral health, emotional healing, and community.
Not just a job, the right job.
Preparing Operators for meaningful careers and purposeful leadership beyond the uniform.
Understanding through remembrance.
A trusted way for Families to preserve the stories and wisdom their service made possible.

Warrior Family Foundation was created by an Operator, his Spouse, and his Family who lived the transition firsthand. The guidance we provide comes from experience most people will never have.
No Warrior Family will ever have to navigate the journey home alone.
Transition is not simply leaving military service. It is the process of building the next chapter of a Family's life.

Historically, military transition has been treated as a career event: résumés, placements, employment statistics. Employment matters, but a job alone does not rebuild a life. True transition runs deeper. It is an identity transition, a relationship transition, a Family transition, and a purpose transition, all at once.
Warrior Families are trained to endure deployment. None are prepared for what comes after. And while Operators have spent years training for the demands of service, Families receive no preparation for building a happy and meaningful life at home.
Rather than treating employment, behavioral health, relationships, purpose, and community as separate challenges, we strengthen the entire Family first and coordinate support around their shared journey.
The Spouse is treated as an equal partner, not an afterthought. Both partners deserve equal investment as co-owners of the Family's future.
Access to exceptional resources, trusted professionals, and proven peer communities.
Helping Families define what matters most and build toward it together.
Wellness, relationships, careers, and community joined into one coordinated journey.
Families who have navigated transition become mentors to those beginning their own. The community grows stronger with every generation.
Together, our initiatives support the complete journey from transition through long-term flourishing.
The light that quietly guides Families home.
The Lantern Project provides Spouses and Families with behavioral health resources, coaching, peer support, education, and community, so the Family has the foundation to navigate transition together.
The Spouse's transition is as real as the Operator's, and it deserves the same investment.

Not just a job, the right job.
O2I helps Operators build meaningful civilian lives through career alignment, mentorship, leadership development, and a trusted professional network.
The goal is not simply employment. It is purpose: the right role for the Operator, and an employer who understands the rare capability walking in the door.
Understanding through remembrance.
One challenge Operators face during and after their service is the required secrecy of their lives. The Legacy Project gives Families a trusted way to preserve the experiences, lessons, and values that shaped them: guided storytelling, recorded interviews, written reflection. All of it stays inside the confidentiality this community lives by.
It is more than an archive. Families use it to heal, to make sense of the years, and to leave something lasting for their children.

Strengthen the Family. Discover Purpose. Leave a Legacy.

Warrior Family Foundation was not created from theory. It was built by an Operator Family that lived the transition firsthand and understands both the opportunities and the challenges that follow elite military service. Every program, partnership, and resource has been shaped by real experience and honest conversation.
"Watching my husband go through the transition was unnerving. It took time. A 20-year career is not processed in a week, a month, or a year. The time in the military has two distinct stories, his and mine. His away, mine at home. I needed support to identify who I was now, if not a military Spouse."
Michelle G., Warrior Family SpouseWe do not measure success by job placements or program completions. We track the whole Family across four domains, from intake through the years that follow: at the start, then at 6, 12, and 24 months.
Marriage stability, Spouse engagement, and reduced transition stress.
Career retention, alignment between values and role, and trajectory over time.
Stories preserved, and the meaning Families draw from them.
Participants who return as mentors, and the strength of peer connection.
The Foundation is led by the Family that founded it, guided by a Board of Directors and a Board of Advisors drawn from the community it serves and the industries that support it.
Full leadership and board listings will be published here pending naming approvals.
